Today im very angry with my mobile operator because of their attitude towards customer like me.
Whats the Story?
I want to change my current call plan(Celcom blue) to University of X(UOX) because i like the tariff they offer. But after a few calls (3 calls actually) and i went to the Kuching branch (got two in town) im frustrated because of their very bad hospitality to me.
My first call to Celcom Careline (After 20 minutes of waiting and blah blah blah..):
Me:Ya..Saya ingin tukar ke pelan UOX.Boleh tak buat tu sebab saya tengok kat laman web xpax kata boleh dan boleh simpan nombor asal.
Celcom Careline: Ya ..Sebentar ya Encik.Saya pun kurang pasti jadi saya dapatkan pengesahan dahulu dari supervisor saya….(setelah 8-10 minit)..Ya.Terima kasih kerana menunggu .Ingin saya maklumkan bahawa YA encik boleh membuat penukaran terus ke UOX cuma encik perlu tukar ke pelan Xpax dahulu kerana encik sedang menggunakan pelan Celcom Blue.Saya dah buat pertanyaan dengan supervisor saya dan encik hanya perlu perig ke cawangan terdekat untuk membuat penukaran.
Me: YA??Terima kasih.
Celcom Careline:Sama-sama. Ada apa-apa lagi yang boleh saya bantu?
Me: Tiada. Terima kasih.
Celcom Careline: Sama-sama. Selamat Sejahtera.
My Second Call to Celcom Careline (this time not so long.About 10 minutes)
Me: Helo.Saya ingin bertanya berkenaan Celcom UOX.Berapa tariff dan bagaimana penukaran dibuat?
Celcom [Care?]line: Ya.UOX boleh dimiliki percuma melalui cawangan terdekat ataupun promo-promo yang dibuat. Ia tidak boleh dibeli di mana-mana tempat lain dan hanya seorang sahaja boleh berdaftar dengan UOX.(and after several explainations..bla bla bla….)Ada apa-apa lagi yang boleh saya bantu?
Me: Aaa.Ada ada.Kalau saya nak tukar dari nombor sekarang ni dapat tak?Sebab saya dapat tahu yang boleh membuat penukaran tanpa menukar number asal.Jadi saya nk buat pengesahan la.
Celcom [Care?]line: Ya? Saya tak pasti la bahagian tu. Jadi untuk pengesahan lebih baik encik pergi ke cawangan terdekat. Di sini saya tak berani nak memberi kata putus. Takut sekiranya saya kata boleh dan di cawanga pula kata sebaliknya.
Me: Oh begitu.Ok lah.Terima Kasih.
Celcom [Care?]line: Terima kasih kerana menghubungi. Selamat Sejahtera.
And so i went to Celcom Branch at 3rd Mile and i barely get into the building because they already ask me at the door. I explain my intention and with their UNfriendly face and no professionalism they told me it can not be done at all cost. Only new number can get the UOX. So i told them about the calls ive made and they said maybe they operator guy is new and dont know about this matter (F**K with the answer). After all its their own mistake and no one apologize or even care to offer me a seat. So i left with bad words kept in my head and decide to go to the main branch located at Satok. This time its the same scenario as i only got to the Information Counter and ask about this matter and she explain to me and not even a single sorry came out from her mouth. Only the Guard work there is good because he open the door for me and smiled. I went to my car and i call the Celcom [Care?]line again. This time i start with complaining about their rudeness in services and wrong information they gave.
My 3rd Call to Celcom [Care?]line (Damn!)
Me: Ya. Saya nak komplen tentang layanan yang saya terima semasa saya berada di cawangan Celcom sebentar tadi. Dua-dua saya pergi semuanya memberikan layanan tidak mesra kepada saya.
Celcom [Care?]line: Bertenang encik. Apa yang boleh saya bantu?
Me: Saya hendak buat penukaran ke UOX kerana sebelum ini saya ada tanya kepada Celcom [Care?]line dan respon yang saya dapat semuanya positif dan kata saya boleh membuat penukaran. Jadi saya pergilah ke cawangan untuk membuat penukaran.
Celcom [Care?]line: Maaf encik. Sememangnya tidak dapat membuat penukaran kalau dari celcom sendiri. Hanya Starter baru yang dibenarkan. Itu polisi kami setakat ini. Saya mohon maaf kerana mungkin kesilapan informasi yang diberikan. Me: Bagaimana kalau saya tukar ke Digi atau Maxis dahulu lepas tu saya tukar ke UOX? Dapat tak?
Celcom [Care?]line: Oh.Saya periksa dengan supervisor saya dahulu.(Selepas 10 minit)..Ya terima kasih kerana menunggu. Ya boleh encik.Encik boleh tukar ke Digi atau Maxis dan lepas tu tukar balik ke UOX.Yang itu konfirm dapat sebab promosi pun mengatakan dapat tukar melalui MNP. Me: Ya??Hehe..Bagusla.
Celcom [Care?]line: Ada apa-apa lagi yang boleh saya bantu? Me: Takder!Terima kasih banyak-banyak.Konfirm dapat ok!? Celcom [Care?]line: Ya.Selamat sejahtera.Terima kasih kerana menghubungi Celcom Careline.
I hope Celcom will improve the services soon or they will start to loose customers. Like me i like to stay with Celcom because they have the widest coverage in Malaysia. So its easy for me when i go around and i like their daily broadband package because i can use internet when i desperately need it.So i got my confirmation and i already submit my application to switch to Digi using online Service. Will wait for them to call and deliver the sim pack and activate the number and after that change to UOX. Will update the post once get the sim pack.
*UPDATE: Today the Digi Customer Representative already called and confirm with me they will send the package in 3-5 working days.Yea!
